Professional development I am constantly improving my teaching qualifications. Several times a year I take part in training courses and conferences organized by organizations dealing with teacher education and the quality of foreign language teaching, such as the Polish Association for Quality in Foreign Language Teaching, the Foundation for the Development of the Education System, the Association of English Language Teachers in Poland IATEFL Poland, EduNation , British Council. I also regularly participate in webinars organized by Cambridge Language Assessment and Oxford University Press. Education and other experience I graduated from the management department at the Lazarski University in Warsaw and for 17 years I worked in international corporations, where I used English in practice. I worked, among others, in the British pharmaceutical concern Zeneca (now AstraZeneca), in the French concern Lafarge, in the Polish branch of the Italian bank Sanpaolo Intesa, and in mBank. I have completed postgraduate studies: University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw, Faculty of English Studies - Specialized and certified translations Warsaw University of Technology Business School - Investment Academy - studies in finance and investment I know other languages I'm learning Japanese. I would describe my level like this: listening comprehension B2 +, grammar B2, words and signs B1 +, reading, writing and speaking B1. I passed the Japanese Language Proficiency Test at levels N5, N4 and N3. It is currently preparing for the N2. I am also learning Italian. I used to know him at the B2 + / C1 level (I think). I studied at the Italian Institute and in courses and I have reached the highest conversational level. I also used a bit of Italian at work - in an Italian company. Unfortunately, then I had a long break and now I'm refreshing the language. I used to learn Russian, German and even Latin and Greek. Unfortunately, I stopped studying and forgot so much that I cannot boast of knowing these languages Więcej o tekście źródłowymWskaż tekst źródłowy, by wyświetlić dodatkowe informacje o tłumaczeniu Perhaps, however, I will refresh them someday, once I achieve a strong B2 in Japanese and Italian Get to know me better I like traveling, other cultures, good books, alternative British music and Japanese pop (I like contrasts) as well as exercising at home (yoga, pilates, cardio, HIIT, strength training) and outdoors (bike and walking with poles). As you can see, I also like to draw, but in this matter I am a complete amateur. You will get to know me and my approach to language learning best by reading this blog. Welcome!
