No woman on the planet wants to lose her hair, hair’s strength or hair’s shine. However there are various reasons due to which women tend to lose hair. While factors such as aging, use of hair color, stress, and hormonal changes can cause hair loss, it can still be prevented if women provide basic care to their hair. 

If you want your hair to always look shiny, longer and healthy make sure you get them trimmed periodically, detangle them during night time, consume a good diet, provide deep conditioning and oiling. 

To ensure healthy hair, you must make a check-list of the food items which you need to intake from fresh yogurt, eggs, spinach, to walnuts, oysters, salmon and poultry. In addition to fresh foods, meditation and relaxation, scalp massage, natural juices, all contribute to hair growth and prevent hair loss.
