There are many health benefits of almonds. They are source of protein and healthy fats and can help manage weight, obesity, and diabetes. However, almonds are beneficial for women in multiple ways.  
Almonds are proven to be the nutrition filled nuts and are considered as the King of Nuts by many.  Almonds are a superfood that promote internal as well as external health, women can immensely benefit from the nut, whether it is about enhancing beauty, controlling body fat or easier pregnancy.
Almonds and Facial Beauty
Almonds have a form of Olein Glyceride called Linoleic acid that helps the contraction of acne, blackheads and troubled skin. Almonds are now being used as an ingredient in various cosmetics, complexion serums and other skin care products that highlight high vitamin content. Simple homemade face packs made that include almonds are a beauty aid and can result in a rejuvenated and clear face.
