Week 1 through 3 consisted of Chest & Back/ Ab Ripper X (Arx), Plyometric Cardio Circuit, Shoulders & Arms/ ARX, Yoga X, Leg & Back/ARX, Cardio Power and Resistance, Rest or X Stretch. I usually do the X stretch because I want to work on my flexibility.
This is before and after I started P90X and Insanity. I did a round of INASITY first and then a round of P90X. Now I do the Hybrid.
I am now on week four of my hybrid (recovery week):
Day one: Core Cardio & Balance
Cardio Recovery & Max Recovery
Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs
Cardio X or Kenpo X
