Marketing collaterals are the collection of various communication items used to assist in sales and promotion activities. The purpose of this communication material should be to provide right information about the company and its products or services.

Guidelines for Managing Marketing Collaterals

The company should have ready availability of the appropriate marketing collateral which can be given to any prospect. Somebody must be given the responsibility to manage these collaterals. The vendors of these articles must be fixed such that they can produce them at short notice, if required. The content of each type of collateral must be kept updated.

As soon as some changes in the product related details or contact information happen, they must be promptly and appropriately changed in all the collaterals.
