1888PressRelease - With Spring upon us, we would like to announce our 2022 Season Schedule (ages 5 to 12).

The North Shore Little League Announces their 2022 Spring Season schedule ( ages 5 to 12) beginning in April, with over 700 baseball and softball players registered this year.

The NSLL has produced athletes that have played in Major League Baseball, as well as many Minor League players.

Not only has the NSLL hosted the NYS All-Star Baseball Tournament and two NYS All-Star Softball Tournaments at the complex, but also two of their Softball All-Star teams won the NYS Championship.

Upcoming seasons include Fall (September to October) for ages 5 to 12, and Summer (July and August) for ages 13 to 16 – (Senior Division)

For over 58 years, The North Shore Little League has played a major role in the community. With baseball and softball players from 5 communities: Mt. Sinai, Miller Place, Sound Beach, Rocky Point, and Shoreham-Wading River.

Divisions in the Spring and Fall are Tee Ball, Pee Wee, Farms, Softball A, Baseball Minors, Softball Minors, Baseball Majors, and Softball Majors.

The NSLL also runs camps and clinics on the complex and in local schools.

Any family that is experiencing financial difficulty is never turned away. The league absorbs the registration fee for these families. No child is ever denied the pleasure of playing baseball or softball at NSLL.

The league complex has lights on the Doubleday baseball fields, and is currently looking for additional sponsors to add lights to the Little Shea softball field, and converting one or more of their fields from grass to turf.

This year, the NSLL currently has 50 sponsors, including area businesses such as Centereach Hyundai and Trophy Hut, who provides stock and custom awards for the league, and has been in business for over 45 years.
